Forged Chef Knife

This is a hand forged 8" chef knife with a full tang construction. Forged from high quality 52100 carbon steel. Fitted with stabilized walnut handles with brass pins holding it all together (and some epoxy to make it for keeps). 

52100 steel is a great steel for knives, its the same steel they use to make ball bearings and is wear resistant and abrasion resistant. Even though its super tough it's easy to sharpen and maintain a keen edge.
