Forged Nakiri

This is a hand forged 7" Nakiri style Chopper with a hidden tang handle. Forged from high quality 52100 carbon steel. Fitted with stabilized walnut handle. There's a dull bevel on the tip of the blade for scooping making food prep that much easier.

52100 steel is a great steel for knives, its the same steel they use to make ball bearings and is wear resistant and abrasion resistant. Even though its super tough it's easy to sharpen and maintain a keen edge.
